Ground floor: 

There is a large lounge, kitchen/dining room with rayburn oven & french door leading to steps to garden. There is also second lounge, a twin bedroom and a shower room with toilet & basin.

Upstairs:

There are two staircases (1 narrow) to the upper floor: On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms.  3 are double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room with toilet & basin and the other 2 are twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower attachment, toilet & basin.

Summary: 

There are 6 bedrooms, (3 double and 3 twin) 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges with open fires and a kitchen dinning Room. Off peak central heating.. All fuel, power, bed linen (duvets) & towels are included when you come to stay with us. There is parking for 6 cars. Satellite TV. Video. Dish washer. Fridge Freezer. Microwave. Washing Machine. Tumbler Dryer. Enclosed garden with large decked area & furniture. BBQ.

The Kitchen and Dining room (Ground Floor):

The above two photographs are that of the kitchen with its rayburn oven and dining area. There is a narrow stairway through the glass doorway that leads from the kitchen to the upper floor (top right picture). 

One the right you can see the steps leading down from the kitchen to the garden and decked area. The decked area has a BBQ with garden furniture.

The Two Lounges (Ground Floor)
loungs Both lounges have open fires and comfortable furniture. The lounge on the left has a TV Video and Satellite System. 

There is also an extra twin bedroom downstairs.

One of the upstairs double bedrooms has an en suite shower and toilet attached. There is also another separate bathroom on the upstairs landing.
